IMPLEMENTATION OF CITY ORDINANCES
To ensure smooth implementation of City Ordinances, City Councilor Edwin Piano, CSWD Head Gene Eclarino, Business Permit Head Norie Gomez met (first) with officers of OCCSA, then with Department of Education officials. As part of the implementation of city ordinances involving minors and students frequenting internet cafes during school hours, the following photos are posted for your perusal.
At around 10:30 this morning, city government employees equipped with video cameras and digital cameras visited two of the internet cafes reported to have been violating said city ordinance.
These Internet Cafes are Golden Stand and Net2Go. Since pictures speak a thousand words. See for yourself the situation inside said cafes.

Based on the report of government representative and pictures herein posted, the city government is now studying appropriate administrative and legal action to be undertaken against violators of city ordinances.
At Golden Stand and Net2Go both in Rizal Avenue, high school and elementary students in their uniform are being allowed by the owner to get inside their business establishment even without the required Minor's Permit as stipulated in the ordinance.
